"Lori adjusted the entire class by noting during the vinyasa to make sure and move with your own breath. I noticed Lori's ability to move around the class--off her mat--and still demonstrate postures. The sequencing of postures followed the sequencing arc we have been discussing this month during our teacher training. I was thoroughly impressed by her ability to teach inversions--specifically headstand and shoulder stand--to what seemed like an all levels or at least multi-level class. I am excited to go to another one of Lori's class."
"Lori, you gave me a bunch of pre and post run yoga to do a couple of years ago. I am happy to report that I finally qualified for Boston and I have been doing the routine you gave me all along- Ithink it helped immensely- so THANKS FOR BOSTON!" ~M.Bathina
